An expert Administrator is required to work within the global HR division of a leading business consultancy. Integral to the global recruitment function within the business, you will be managing multiple inboxes and diaries and handling numerous recruitment/interview requests and related duties; all of which will be urgent and business critical. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organised and adept at multitasking. You must also be confident and comfortable liaising at the most senior of levels on a global scale, working across time zones, within a team and ensuring that every detail is covered and all eventualities anticipated. There may be longer term possibilities within the HR function for the right person. You do not need to have a HR background or HR qualifications. Quite simply, you must be the most organised person you know and be someone able to handle / relish a busy, fast paced and challenging role.
