Reception / Team Assistant

The ideal candidate would be an organised degree-educated team player who loves to have a bit of a laugh with the team whilst keeping on top of all their reception and admin duties. You will be working with the junior team and a couple senior members on a daily basis.

You will need to be a hard-worker who loves to stay proactive and is flexible enough to keep up to date with all new incoming office tasks. These will include everything from answering the phone, welcoming guests, to diary and travel management and managing the boardroom bookings and everything in between.
