Our client is a global consultancy firm.
Description
Our client is a global consultancy firm, looking to recruit a Training Event Project Administrator to organise the logistics for training events and courses they provide for their clients. Your duties will include:
- Liaising with clients/attendees over the phone and via email to organise the training event/course.
- Responding to their queries via phone and email.
- Organising the logistics of the training events - organising the appropriate course Trainer from a list, booking venues.
- Creating of project items in the company's internal system, including adding and approving the Trainer's expenses.
- Check Trainer's invoice at the end of the course/training session and resolve any queries.
- Ensuring all attendees to each course have all the necessary paperwork etc needed.
- Booking lunches/catering for training events and/or courses.
- Scheduling and resourcing (delivery, feedback etc) including scheduling and rescheduling.
- Scheduling preparation calls with the relevant Trainer.
- Updating the Client Schedule Tracker using Excel.
- Managing and coordinating the preparation of material required to deliver the company's courses (eg focus group materials, interview guides, job analysis reports, assessment exercises, training materials, client correspondence.
- Coordinate the delivery of client specific selection and assessment programs.
- Provide project administrative support as required - using Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry, file maintenance etc.
Profile
The successful candidate for this role will:
- Have previously worked doing event administration, events or project administration or been a PA or Team Assistant/Administrator used to multi tasking and working to deadlines.
- Have excellent organisational, time management or multi tasking skills.
- Have good attention to detail
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confident to liaise at all levels.
- Be a good team player
- Be able to use their initiative and have good problem solving skills.
- Good IT skills - Word, Excel, Outlook
Job Offer
On offer is a salary of £25,000 - £26,000 + bonus and fantastic benefits package. Hours are 09:00-17:30 or 08:30-17:00.
