Governance Manager

This prestigious trade association is looking to recruit an ICSA-qualified (or part-qualified) Governance Manager to oversee their statutory and other regulatory requirements for their corporate and charitable entities on a permanent basis.

Assuming responsibility for duties including the timely filing of statutory forms, oversight of annual returns and audits, providing members with notice of meetings, and maintenance of statutory registers, this challenging position will suit candidates with a demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, an eye for detail and strong understanding of governance requirements are all essential criteria for successful application to this role, as are a keen sense of initiative and a positive outlook.
