Our client, a top investment banking firm in City London, is seeking an EA to join their team. You will get the opportunity to join a global firm that has an excellent reputation in the industry. They are seeking an experienced EA who will bring their knowledge and skills to this role.
THE ROLE
You will be supporting a team that includes an Executive Director and Managing Director. As an EA you will be part of a wider group of team assistants that will be responsible for all secretarial and administrative duties.

Our client is seeking a friendly and confident EA that fits in seamlessly with the team. You must have previous experience within a similar role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, shows initiative and can work independently, however, at the same time can support a team flawlessly.

- Assisting the team with projects
- Processing expenses
- Handing over to other assistants
- General administrative tasks
- Ad hoc tasks
YOU ARE
