Sales Executive - West End - £26,000 + commission

A prestigious private clinic in the West End is seeking a motivated and friendly Coordinator (Sales Executive)to support patients from their first point of contact through to aftercare. You will deliver outstanding client care and work in sync with the entire medical team. As the 'go to' person for these patients, it is important that you are warm and informative.

As the Coordinator(Sales Executive) you will

• Meet and greet clients following an initial phone call to support them
• Hit monthly booking target, all warm leads, NO COLD CALLING
• Book client meetings and surgery appointments
• Invoice and update records

Personal Requirements for Sales Executive:

• Previous customer service experience
• Solid, demonstrable experience in SALES
• Working knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook. Salesforce knowledge would be welcomed
• Flexible on working Saturday and shifts 8-4, 9-5, 9-6
• Ability to communicate calmly and compassionately
