Artist / jewellery designer is looking for an experienced Business and Private PA to support her with day-to-day management and various adhoc projects‎.  Requires‎ excellent managerial and administrative skills, together with a creative sensibility and willingness to roll your sleeves up and assist with any task, no matter how big or small.  The role is approx 50/50 business and personal but both elements are closely intertwined in the Principal’s life.  

Days:                    3-4 days a week

 

Location:              Principal’s home, as well as remotely from your own home and occasional travel

 

Salary:                  £45k pro rata (eqv to £173 day rate)

 

Start Date:            ASAP

 

Interviewing:        ASAP

 

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provide all-round PA assistance to the Principal assisting with all private matters
  • Diary management
  • Travel coordination 
  • Office administration
  • Managing financial matters: invoicing, light bookkeeping, managing expenses, laising with accountants, bank 
  • Liaison with all professional contacts; suppliers, manufacturers, Press, agents, retailers etc
  • Create presentations and artwork for brochures and invitations etc
  • Update website and social media
  • Project management 
  • Household administration 
  • Liaison with wider family members and personal contacts
  • Personal shopping and errand running

Candidates must be / have:

  • Solid PA experience
  • Design, luxury, fashion experience desirable 
  • Able to multitask and follow up on projects
  • A creative sensibility and appreciative of aesthetics 
  • Eloquent with excellent written English 
  • French would be beneficial but not essential
  • Well-presented and courteous 
  • Extremely well organized and able to multi-task
  • Diplomatic and discreet 
  • Able to use initiative and work proactively 
  • Advanced IT skills, proficient in Mac and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).  
  • Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, MailChimp
  • Availability to travel
