Due to firm’s recent growth, this is a new role, created to provide comprehensive strategic administrative support for the General Manager and other members of the leadership team as well as lead a small team of assistants while being an integral part of the firm by assisting in the delivery of business objectives within the new West London office.
Your role will entail:
· Providing administrative services including diary management, travel arrangements, organising meetings, dealing with correspondence and prioritising and responding to emails as required
· Ensuring General Manager is fully briefed and has the all necessary documentation required for meetings
· Assisting the General Manager in delivering organisational goals to deadlines, including monitoring of the progress of projects and providing progress reports to General Manager
· Acting as the main point of contact between the General Manager, internal and external stakeholders and the Senior Management team
· Ensuring clear channels of communication between the General Manager, Senior Management team and the rest of the company and the employees
· Managing admin staff and ensuring effective administrative support and smooth running of the office
· Organising internal and external events as required, including exhibitions and seminars

The role is perfect for someone with extensive corporate EA/PA experience, managing other members of staff, ideally but not necessarily within the Pharmaceutical industry.
In order to fit into this creative, supportive, passionate and high-achieving team of 30 you will possess excellent communication, both written and verbal, be able to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced, busy environment. You will have strong IT and problem-solving skills, and paying special attention to detail will be a core of everything you do.
