A fabulous opportunity for an energetic 2nd jobber to join this collaborative Marketing consultancy who are growing globally year on year, including  offices in Sydney and Boston .  

Office Management
• Point of contact for the building and supporting the PA & Office Team lead with property issues as they arise, for example issues with power or facilities
• Support the PA & Office Team Lead in managing  suppliers as needed ensuring work is finished of a high standard, on time and in line with budget
• Organise refreshments for key meetings as requested
• Maintain stationery and equipment to high standards
• Order weekly grocery order
• Maintaining information displayed around the office
• With the PA & Office Team lead, regularly review the standard of equipment, furniture and office decoration and arranging for updating when required
• Maintain staff photos and lockers
• Support office layout changes including communicating with relevant teams
•  Run projects such as wellness events in the office, being involved in Christmas and social parties planning and running.

Team PA
• Schedule meetings globally including liaising with clients, booking travel, arranging travel packs and managing multiple diaries
• Processing documentation and liaising with people across the business
• Process monthly expenses
• Preparation of meeting rooms for internal meetings as required
• Preparation or support with preparing presentation materials for reviews as requested
