The ideal candidate will have prior EA experience and will be able to build relationships across a variety of stakeholders internally and externally.

Act as an extension to the leadership team in taking ownership of issues - pushing
things through to resolution, coordinating responses and keeping all stakeholders
informed as appropriate
Work autonomously to draft meeting materials on behalf of the leadership team
(frequently utilising PowerPoint) in preparation for meetings with the wider
business and clients. Working with colleagues and leadership team to request and
collate information and develop into a draft deck at speed.
Effective "gate keeping": managing all incoming communication (including voicemail
and e-mail), efficiently establishing what is priority, drafting replies and
ensuring that all mail and enquiries are processed in an accurate, professional and
timely manner
Full management of leadership team meetings including full management of logistics
(i. organising video conferencing and conference dial in facilities for attendees
who will work remotely, securing venue and arranging travel and catering for off-
site meetings) and the creation of agenda and presentation material. This includes
liaising extensively with teams across the business, nationally
Project management co-ordination and complete overview of working projects.
Professional experience and personal skills profile
Qualifications / Education Required.
5 years+ experience in a similar level PA role
Excellent IT skills: Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point (production of
high quality documents, reports and correspondence, diary and email management in

Ability to juggle and prioritise busy workloads efficiently.
Using complete discretion when dealing with confidential information
Good standard of English grammar, spelling, and takes pride in presentation of work.
