Executive Assistant - Management Consultancy - West End

Our client is a global management consultancy.

Description

Our client is a global management consultancy, looking to recruit a permanent Executive Assistant to support 1-3. Your duties will include:

  • Extensive diary management.
  • Full inbox management.
  • Formatting, editing, proofreading, preparing and transmitting client reports.
  • Organising international travel arrangements.
  • Setting up meetings including video conferences, interviews and assessment interviews.
  • Ensuring Partners are prepared in advance with workshop materials and logistics, events, printing and binding.
  • Screening telephone calls and emails as necessary, dealing with general enquires, setting up meetings.
  • Updating the CRM system.
  • Liaising with clients and their Assistants.
  • Processing expenses and timesheets.
  • Logging campaigns and managing the activity log for Partners, marketing items, providing project administration support for engagement delivery teams when required and when capacity allows.
  • Attend meetings with the Partners and take notes and actions as requested.
  • Provide cover for other Executive Assistants during times of holiday and sickness.

Profile

The successful candidate for this role will:

  • Have previously worked as an Executive Assistant/EA or PA, supporting more than one person.
  • Have worked in a fast paced and demanding blue chip environment.
  • Have previously had some project management duties.
  • Have excellent communication skills - verbal, written and listening.
  • Be used to dealing with confidential and sensitive information, both verbal and written.
  • Have excellent organisational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Have great attention to detail.
  • Good MS Office Skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Be able to demonstrate a business acumen.
  • Be a strong team player.
  • Be able to maintain composure in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.

Job Offer

On offer for the candidate is a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 +bonus and fantastic benefits package.
