My client, an award winning Media Agency based in the heart of the West End, are looking for a HR Coordinator who has gained a minimum of one years HR generalist and Payroll Administration experience.  The successful candidate will have gained HR experience ideally within a medium size organisation (Media experience is a bonus). This is a fantastic opportunity to a fast paced function within a progressive company who are offering career advancement and support study. 

The Role
•Recruitment and selection: liaise with hiring managers, schedule interviews, maintain the candidate database, support in making offers
•On boarding: reference requests, set up new starters ensuring they have IT equipment and stationery, manage and schedule inductions
•Training: schedule training sessions, source training venues, liaise with trainers and delegates, and collate course feedback.
•Leavers: help with communications to leavers, schedule exit interviews, process leavers on HR system.
•Benefits: administer employee benefits including eye care vouchers, season ticket loans, etc and keep benefit information up to date.
•Payroll: input payroll changes onto ADP and work closely with the finance team to ensure payroll is approved each month.
•HR system support: subject matter expert on ADP, maintain records, provide support and handle staff queries.
•Reporting: use HR system to pull reports e.g. absence reporting and support Head of People to pull and report data from management and engagement platform, Motivii.
•Website: keep the People page on the website up to date –liaise with marketing to swiftly remove/add new members of staff, vacancies, etc.
•Documents: support Head of People to maintain HR documents including organisation charts and any policy documents.
•Administration: produce letters e.g. reference letters, maintain personnel files, respond to emails and correspondence, monitor and keep People inbox organised.
•Projects: provide support to the Head of People on project work e.g. ideas station implementation, HR system, employee engagement and launch of new benefits.

The Person
•Experience of working within a HR generalist role and strong hands-on HR operational experience.
•Excellent communication, people management and interpersonal skills.
•Superb attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
•Demonstrable use of initiative and ownership of projects/functions.
•Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
•CIPD qualified not essential but a bonus.
