An entry level role has become available for a graduate or graduate calibre candidate to join this small but successful provider of specialist finance courses. With over 20 years in business, the company delivers first class courses to one highly prestigious blue-chip client.

The role reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and is centered around the following areas of Sales Support: Updating Client facing and Marketing Material to include maintaining the accuracy of the company’s website, course schedules and preparing e-shots, brochures and assessment forms. You’ll create templates, set up weekly e-shot campaigns and handle campaign results. You’ll update records in CRM, liaise with Trainers, assist during the training courses themselves by meeting & greeting participants and ensure that training rooms are set up correctly.

You’ll undertake other adhoc duties to include assisting with PR, inputting data and assisting the sales & marketing team with a myriad duties.

You are an enterprising, hard working, proactive, focused candidate who is extremely well organised, diligent and able to manage a multi-layered workload and able to think and plan ahead.

Experience of working in a small corporate office environment would be advantageous and any experience assisting with updating marketing materials, working on a CRM and setting up e-marketing campaigns.

You’ll have excellent command of English- written & spoken and have an analytical mind alongside a hunger for success and a strong work ethic.
