Executive Assistant

We’ve just taken on a a new role working as an Executive Assistant to the CFO and his team, of a large global finance firm. We are really excited about this company and role. This is a big global firm but this part of the office is small and they like people with a small company mentality who really want to get involved. They want someone dynamic, someone with energy and someone keen to be a true ambassador of this team. 

This is an exciting EA role for an experienced individual with a high level of attention to detail to support this CFO within this global business. The CFO has a team of 6 in total. They want someone tech savvy (very good at Powerpoint and Excel) who can really get involved, be proactive and be a 'true' EA to them. 

This is a one-off opportunity (this company have low turnover) to support this highly impressive CFO in a fast-paced environment, sitting within the CFO's office. The CFO is looking for the best of the best EAs to support him. This is a busy and demanding role but this is a company who really value their employees. Duties will range from classic gate keeping, diary management, travel (this is very limited), correspondence etc but the CFO needs a top EA who always thinking outside the box, is an excellent communicator, enjoys building relationships and liaising with high profile individuals. There will be some minute taking 1-2 x per month and they need someone someone to help with excel reports and powerpoint presentations

This is a company who really invest in their employees and their well being. The standard hours are 9-5 but the CFO is usually in 7.30am/8am-6pm so he does like his EA to get in early. You will be required to be flexible in the evenings/weekends for out of hours work when required.
