Office Administrator - Canary Wharf - £25,000

An exciting and collaborative Financial Service company based in Canary Wharf are on the hunt for an engaging and credible Office Administrator.
Based on Front of House, this is an incredibly varied and full on position with a lot of responsibility, and they are looking for someone who is committed. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting all guests, organising international travel, managing meeting rooms, providing meticulous support to all departments and more.
This role will be perfect for someone who is incredibly switched on and articulate, with impeccable communication skills. Being a team player will also be incredibly beneficial in this role. If you are someone who thrives on a challenge and is comfortable within a dynamic team environment, then this role is ideal for you!
Duties:
- Provide general administrative assistance to all departments
- Collect, distribute, scan and attach all incoming post as per relevant department
- Meet and greet all clients / guests and other basic reception duties including meeting room bookings and making drinks. Liaise with Canary Wharf reception
- Book travel and hotel accommodation within the UK and overseas for UK based employees and assist overseas offices with travel to London office
- Assisting marketing with all preparations for exhibitions and events
Requirments:
- Must have previous experience in a similar administrative or reception role
- Enthusiastic and hard-working individual with a 'can-do' attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and not afraid to show initiative
