Global Sales Manager
Up to £100k + BONUS

Major Players are delighted to be paring with an amazing revolutionary vegan beverage company on their search for a Global Sales Manager to join their trendy & buzzing London office.
This Global Sales manager will be joining the ever expanding Senior Management Team, & will be comfortably across the management of the global strategies including commercial & sales.
In order to successful in this role as a Global Sales Manager, the perfect candidate is required to have a excellent business mind-set & be the driving force behind the development & growth of the company while maintaining the core values that have made the company great since their launch a couple of years ago.
The main responsibilities of this Global Sales Manager will be as follows
- Key development of the commercial/ sales strategy and the management/progress of these teams
- Forecasting commercial data to C Suite
- Managing a team of up to 15 across the globe, reviews, KPI setting, developing competitive initiatives
- Identifying new business opportunities & gaps in the market
- Sharing knowledge & providing on-going training sessions
- Working closely with the Marketing Team and MD
- Data analysis - identification of what's working what isn't - how can it be done better?
- Managing Key Accounts & being the escalation point for queries.
The perfect Global Sales Manager will have:
- Experience working with a large scale brand - ideally experience managing field agents
- A true passion for sales; be passionate about developing a team as well as individual sales
- Great communicator internally & externally
- High quality leadership skills
- LOVE data - how can the team optimize the most
