A first rate 1:1 PA is needed for a holiday cover at a leading technology and testing company to support a busy and very eminent CEO.
PA to CEO
Responsibilities
• Extensive diary management including short term arrangements to long term planning (12 months +)
• Intense and complex global travel arrangements
• Facilitate seamless business visits with internal colleagues
• Warm, friendly and firm gatekeeping
• Internal and external communications - call management including conference call organisation and
attendee management, drafting correspondence and documentation, printing, emailing/distribution
• Expense reconciliation and financial support (raising POs, processing invoices, liaison with internal teams)
• Absence record keeping for CEO’s direct reports
• Occasional lunch and coffee runs!

Required skills, experience and behaviours
• Proven EA experience in a high quality, demanding role, preferably with Board level experience.
• Experience of working simultaneously on multiple projects with precision and pace
• Comfortable managing complexity, stakeholders and working to tight deadlines
• Meticulous organisation and attention to detail
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft software including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and spoken
• High emotional intelligence
• Hold the highest levels of trust and discreet in interactions.
• Fosters integrity and honesty
• Promotes company values to others and supports values in daily activities and decisions
• Excellent people skills with the ability to demonstrate respect, equity and empathy for a diverse
