One of our private clients based in Mayfair require an Office Manager/Administrator. You will work in a small team in a quiet corporate environment and assist the EA with running the office.

Hours 9.30 am - 6pm

Duties include:
 

Office management
Support investment team
Diary mangament
Ad hoc tasks
Investment presentations
Answering calls, meet and greet
Report to EA
Assist with travel arrangements
Research and produce monthly newsletters on the latest restaurants, spa's, hotels, sporting events etc in UK, US and abroad
Deal with reconciliations and expenses
Reception duties - answering calls and meet and greet.

 

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
