Office Manager – Must have Financial Service
12 Month Maternity Contract

An investment house based in stunning offices in the City of London are looking for an Office Manager covering a 12 month maternity contract. You will supervise Workplace and Real Estate Management, office administration staff within the London office. Manage any large/complex office construction projects while ensuring the smooth running of the office whilst serving as a contact person or escalation point for office services questions, issues or special requests
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Execute office administration services to meet the needs of the local staff, including furniture moves, repairs and maintenance, meetings/conference room services and general office operations. Ensure excellent customer service with minimal disruption.
Arrange for maintenance/repairs when need, ensuring quick response and minimal disruption.
Maintain relationships with local office management and employees to stay abreast of needs and employee satisfaction
Serve as contact for office services questions, issues or special requests
Supervise reception and conference room/meting planning. Plan and coordinate office wide events (holiday party, community engagement, alliance groups)
Additional responsibilities as requested
Ideally you will come from financial services and have 1-2 years of management experience. Good organisational, communication, and daily prioritsation is needed for this role.
