Team PA - Dynamic Investment Firm

Hera Search is looking for a bright, graduate calibre PA / Team Assistant to support a dynamic and busy client facing team of 5, in this high-end and globally renowned private equity firm. This is a temp-to-perm / contract-to-perm role. 

This is a busy, fast-paced and varied PA role where your boss and the small team will rely heavily on you to coordinate complex, multi-stop international travel - frequently changing up to the second, and busy diary management where priorities change last minute too! Your role as PA will also involve admin and events coordination, and we are therefore looking for an Assistant who enjoys variety and thrives on making things happen! The culture here is hardworking and the pace is intense, but the team are equally lovely with a great sense of humour.

You will ideally have strong academics, some previous PA / Team PA experience (ideally in finance / consultancy or a similar fast-paced industry), and a fantastic attitude.
