Lead Recruitment Coordinator

We are recruiting for an online travel company based in central London. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a challenge. You will ideally have worked in a supervisory role before.

Duties:

To prepare candidate information packages,

Generate and process confidential documents, and distribute and collect employment applications and other documentation.

Schedule interviews, coordinate logistical requirements and successfully handle more complex, e., out-of-country schedules and interviews.

Assist in the development and execution of effective search strategies, including lead generation of potential candidates for roles within the business

Maintain and update candidate database.

Perform basic recruiting functions in support of recruiters, without taking full requisition-level responsibility for filling jobs, e., may source, provide initial outreach, and/or screen candidates for recruiters.

Mentor and/or train less experienced coordinators and serve as an escalation point for complex issues and questions from the business, candidates, and/or recruiting team.

Responsible for one or more key process improvement initiatives that impact the broader recruiting team, e., travel expense reconciliation, Pro-card management, or policy and process updates and communication.

This is to start asap and will pay 26 - 41K depending on level of previous experience as a Recruitment Coordinator.
