Temporary Personal Assistant - Marketing & Advertising

£15 - £18 per hour

Our client, a well established and friendly marketing and advertising company based in the heart of Victoria is looking for a temporary Personal Assistant to join their dynamic and innovative office/team. They are looking for a temporary proactive, highly organised Personal Assistant to support extremely busy Directors during a busy period. Your duties will range from organising events, diary and travel management, raising invoices, setting up and maintaining supplier relationships and dealing with any travel needs for the team.

You should be comfortable dealing with a wide range of tasks and working to ever-changing deadlines and have a genuine passion and interested for the marketing and advertising industry.

This position involves extensive client liaison and diary management therefore strong communication skills are essential. Previous experience within a creative company is a must.
