IMMEDIATE START, Temp EA within Executive Search

Our client, a top Executive Search firm, are seeking a Temp EA whilst they are recruiting on a perm basis. You will be a vital part of the team and there are sure to be longer term opportunities - should you impress! Working across the business you will get a feel for different teams, supporting on a 1:1/1:2 basis.  

Duties will include diary management, scheduling meetings, interviews and client meetings; travel arrangement as and when needed; administration such as document preparation, proof reading and expenses. 

The ideal candidate will be pro-active, professional, hard working and have the last 3 years working within a Search environment.
