Our client, a well-respected finance firm are looking for a first/second jobber for their new admin assistant role. They are looking to recruit a driven and ambitious graduate with excellent communication skills and a desire to grow with the successful business, whilst working closely with some of the largest companies and organisations in the UK.

As the Team Administrator, you will take full responsibility for the day to day administrative tasks including tracking business processes, diary management, file preparation, copying, scanning, contract renewals, preparing presentation documentation etc. You will be working closely with management to assist with meeting scheduling and ad hoc administrative tasks.

What you will need to succeed :

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is looking to expand their skill set in the industry and work in a high achieving team as well as the company chairman. You will need to be a highly organised person with great attention to detail. You will also need to be confident and approachable with senior management.

Degree educated
