Page are recruiting for a Part time Office Assistant, this is a varied role covering basic accounting duties, buildings administration and general office administration.

Client Details

Dynamic forward thinking organisation based in Wilmslow with parking.

Working Hours Monday - Thursday - 11am - 4pm.

Description

The key responsibilities for the part time Office Administrator are:

  • Cashbook postings

  • Online banking

  • Posting of purchase ledger invoices

  • Petty cash, credit cards and expense claims

  • Weekly buildings checks for all buildings

  • Monthly meter readings for all buildings

  • First point of contact for tenants queries

  • Answering the phones & taking messages

  • Meeting/greeting visitors

  • Management of stationery & kitchen supplies

  • Opening and logging the post

Profile

To be successful in applying for the interim Part time Office Assistant you will be:
