Your role

You are a personable, relaxed and a highly efficient Executive Assistant. Working closely with your executive you will be comfortable with responsibilities such as complex domestic & international travel coordination and project management. You must have a strong understanding of the operational aspect of running a business whilst understanding the style and needs of a creative company. As a confident individual you can build relationships with a multitude of people. You will be the go-to person for your executive!

Daily activities

• Complex Diary Management
• Client Liaison
• International and domestic travel co-ordination
• Managing internal projects
• Event planning and management

Your skills & expertise

• Keen interest in the arts/media/design
• Polished presentation
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Approachable and relaxed nature
