One of the world's leading technology companies is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team on a three-month temporary basis. The successful candidate will be collaborating with the global Administrative Business Partner team and providing exceptional administration duties. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing an extensive array of administrative tasks in a timely manner while maintaining careful attention to detail including calendar management and travel arrangements
  • Preparing and tracking expense reports and meeting organisational deadlines
  • Acting as a point of contact for other departments and external suppliers and appropriately handling confidential information when necessary
  • Planning, managing and executing team off-sites, events and activities
  • Collaborating with the global Administrative Business Partner team to ensure successful execution of regularly scheduled domestic and international meetings, events and projects
  • Building efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations and helping define new operational strategies

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience providing direct executive support, project management and event planning experience
  • Experience with G-Suite
  • Experience with calendar management, high-volume travel scheduling and booking and budgeting of events
  • Experience providing polished and professional administrative support to executives within a fast-paced team and international environment
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced and changing work environment with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently
  • Proven ability to take initiative and build productive relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
