Recruitment Consultant

Tiger Hospitality, the newest boutique division under the Tiger Recruitment umbrella, is seeking an experienced hospitality Recruitment Consultant to join the growing team.

Tiger Hospitality specialises in Hospitality recruitment in London and internationally. Favouring quality over quantity, we run on the ethos of bespoke recruitment.

Since the launch of Tiger Hospitality in November 2018, the division has continued to go from strength to strength, gaining success and credibility amongst candidates & some very impressive clients within the hospitality space.

With a huge amount of new business coming through, we are looking for a dual consultant who understands the industry and who has a passion for hospitality recruitment. Working in a small, collaborative team, you will have the autonomy to manage and grow your desk organically with employers of choice.

This role will suit a proactive self-starter who is eager and excited about building new client relationships whilst dealing with a busy workload. You will be confident dealing with clients face to face & over the phone and will have excellent interpersonal skills.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process, which will include but not limited to; 

• Writing and advertising job roles, attracting candidates to register with Tiger Hospitality 
• Uploading candidate information on to Itris accurately (Internal Database)
• Researching and approaching clients with Tiger Hospitality services on both a temporary and permanent basis
• Building on and expanding existing clientrelationships
• Taking detailed job briefs, ensuring you understand entirely what the client is looking for
• Ensuring that all roles are filled with the best candidate
