Architectural & Interior Design Assistant

Our clients are a busy architecture, interior design and build company specialising in high-end residential projects and commercial restaurant & bar ventures in the UK and abroad. Currently they are looking for an Architectural Assistant to work within their team.

A lot of your time will be spent drawing 2D plans with AutoCAD, preparing drawings for planning applications and building regulation drawings, details for construction and 3d visualizations. They also require assistance with social media marketing representation to drive engagement, leads and revenue. Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest and Facebook will be very beneficial.

The successful candidate would have the following skills: 

AutoCAD 2D drawing skills are a must (a short test will be required at interview stage) 
A good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Photoshop and 3D software (Sketchup)
Fluent in spoken and written English is essential.  Excellent communication skills and a team player. 

You must have worked in a building design or Architectural firm in the UK for a minimum of 2 years. Ideally be RIBA part 1 or Part 2 qualified.
