Part-Time Executive Assistant

Part Time EA (3 days per week) with Office Management (and some private PA duties!) required for a prestigious Family office based in a recently modernised office in central London (closest tube Oxford Circus/Piccadilly Circus).

We are currently recruiting for a truly one off role, for an experienced and highly organised EA, to work within a small but high profile investment firm. 

Our client is looking for a part-time assistant to cover all the administrative work of the office as well as communications in English, French and Italian. The candidate will also assist the Finance Manager with book-keeping, manage travel planning/bookings/meetings, as well as private PA work for the CEO.

They are looking for someone honest, smart, discrete, self-driven and reliable, capable of adapting to the diversity of tasks that would need to be carried out in a small office. The candidate has to be perfectly fluent in English, French AND OR Italian (written and spoken).

Based in some of the most sought after offices in London, you will support the CEO, an investment professional and the Finance Manager, as well as ensuring the smooth running of the office day to day. 

Your duties will include but not be limited to: 

• Diary Management 
• Arranging national and international travel (including complicated visa applications)
• Managing all office facilities 
• Processing expenses 
• All classic admin duties 
• Plus private PA work for the CEO

The ideal candidate will come from a Private Equity, Venture capital or Family Office background, be highly organised with a positive attitude and have the ability to work autonomously whilst being a true team player.  Our client is looking for individuals who have longevity in all their roles to date - this role would very much suit someone who has been at the top of their game looking for a step back and or someone looking for a part-time role due to other interest/commitments.
