Helpdesk Operator

Are you an experienced helpdesk operator with knowledge of the Concept Evolution database? Our Client is the leading global provider of facilities staff and we are currently recruiting a helpdesk operator to join the team. Based in this fabulous setting you will assist in the smooth running of the helpdesk. You’ll answer all calls, log all faults onto the system, pass third party faults onto the relevant individual, answer customer enquiries, collate daily statistics and provide general administration support. You’ll book meeting rooms using dedicated software and monitor the inbox; providing updates and information as required.
