Customer Service Administrator

One of the largest fine art auctioneers based in London is looking for a customer service admin to temp for the next 3 months.

This role will require the candidate to
- Deal with calls that come into Customer Service department in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Deal with General customer queries, complaints and escalate to Head of Customer Services when needed.
- Standard reception duties
- General Admin duties and more

The candidate must have excellent Customer Services skills or the relevant experience and be able to deal with customers queries with a positive attitude.

The role is paying £10 an hour starting asap for 3 months +.
