PA to Production Team - World famous Advertising Agency

On a typical day you will be supporting the Head of Production as well as the production team in running their lives and having a strong input in the creative. Your responsibilities could include anything from diary management, travel, expenses and meeeting management to sourcing venues, managing freelancers, being an integral POC for the team, assiting on shoots, planning events and away days and more! This role is integral to the running of the Production team and you will be the lynchpin holding everything together so being a confident and social person with the iniative and self-drive to approach the team is essential!

To be considered for this role you MUST be a forward thinker, able to prioritise well, be 100% reliable and have advanced IT. You should have PA, production or transferable administrative experience in a creative agency and be hungy to learn in an advertising and production environment.
