GRAD RECRUITMENT AND DEVELOPMENT - WITH 6 MONTHS HR EXPERIENCE.

Opportunity for someone with 6 months minimum experience working in an HR department to take on a permanent career move into one of the City's high ranking mid sized law firms.
They are looking for a an HR assistant who would love to train up into a role where they would be playing a key role in the grad recruitment and development function, fielding all queries and applications, organising open days and arrangements for attendance at law fairs, looking after the social media accounts, supporting the trainee contract offer process, and working closely with the graduate recruitment and development manager on new joiner preparations, inductions, and looking after the trainees through every stage of their journey with the firm.
