Who will you be working for?

Our Client is a membership organisation focused on transformation and making a positive difference.

What you will be doing?

The role of HR Advisor will be to provide HR Advice and full HR administrative support across the business. The HR Advisor will also oversee a junior member of the team

This may include:

• Review and update internal policies and procedures.
• Management of training programme's.
• Recruitment and campaign management.
• Preparation of contracts.
• Maintain payroll data for monthly MI.
• Advisory support across the organisation for employee relations.
• Coordination of office facilities.
• Support pro-actively with projects.
• Collate and analyse year end performance and development reviews.

About You

• Relevant HR sector experience within a similar role.
• CIPD level 5 (or above) required.
• Confident communicator.
• Ability to use initiative and be a pro-active team member.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Professional and positive approach to your work.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and at times pressurised environment.
• The ability to multitask and have a flexible approach to your workload is essential.
• You will also be technology savvy.

What's in it for you?

The HR Advisor is a permanent position paying a salary of £34,000-£40,000pa (dependent on experience) plus benefits including 10% of salary in bonus post probation.
