Page Personnel is recruiting a Project Administrator for a consultancy based in the West End.
Client Details
They are a rapidly growing and fast paced consultancy firm who are looking for someone capable and ambitious who really wants to progress their career. They are fast paced and hard working but very supportive and really genuinely value their staff.
Description
You will:
- Provide quality support to ensure effective and efficient delivery of projects under the direction of a Project Coordinator/Manager, which could include managing and completing engagement/project tasks as assigned.
- Schedule client meetings.
- Tracking progress of tasks associated to project plan and reporting to stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain project documents including participant pre-work, workshop materials, reporting templates etc., and organise printing to meet project deadlines. Ensure project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored.
- Client service support with supplier and associates.
- Perform event planning as requested by internal personnel and project teams.
- Arrange travel for client team.
- Work closely with the project team to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Respond to day-to-day operational aspects of projects.
- Provide administrative support for surveys, assessments, projects and deliverable
Profile
You will:
- Be educated to degree level
- Good interpersonal skills - the Project Administrator will be required to build relationships with various parties including project team, Partners, external vendor (eg Printers).
- Flexible with a can do attitude, will go the extra step to meet client needs.
- A multi-tasker who can work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Strong organisational, planning and time management skills to help meet tight deadlines.
- Numerate - ideally understand project finance (e. billing, cost management) but must have a basic good level of numeracy.
- Proof-reading skills with great attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Job Offer
£24,000 - £28,000 (depending on client)
