Team Executive Assistant - Part Time (3days)
A fantastic opportunity is now available for a part time Team Executive Assistant to join an accountancy firm based in the City of London. 12 mth FTC offering £25,000 pro rata
This is a 12 month fixed term contract position with the opportunity to potentially be a permanent role at the end of the contract.
The ideal candidate must be a team player with secretarial/office admin/management background. The duties for this role are varied but offer a great opportunity to utilise your skills.
Duties include:
*Coordinating weekly team meetings
*Planning and organising social company events
*Supporting HR when necessary
*Some travel arrangements
*Ad hoc office support (distributing post, stationary supplies, managing confidential waste disposal)
*Meet and greeting clients
*Assisting with Project management and business development support
*Invoicing and database management
*Reporting for the finance team
This is a varied role and the right person must have excellent attention to detail as well as enjoy responsibility and being the Go-to person supporting the whole office.
