PA to Partners - leading PR firm

This 9-month contract offers an unrivalled opportunity to assist 1:2 at partner-level within a world-renowned financial PR firm. This impressive company is seeking a Personal Assistant to be right-hand to two dynamic partners in all facets of the business, from relationship management and business development, to marketing and operations.

From day one you will become an integral part of the team. On top of busy diary and inbox management and arranging complex travel itineraries for both partners you will be:

• handed over projects
• involved in management meetings
• in direct contact with an extensive international client base
• organising external and internal events
• creating presentations for business development
• lending the Office Manager a hand with logistics
