An independent government body based in central London is looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their busy team. The post holder will be tasked with delivering the administration of HR functions in relation to the wellbeing of employees. This will include advising employees on policies and benefits relating to flexible working and annual leave, managing sickness absence and promoting employee wellbeing through occupational health referrals. The successful candidate will be educated to A level standard and be CIPD qualified, or working towards this qualification. You will have experience in a similar role, in particular experience of employee relations case management and payroll administration. You will possess outstanding communication skills, written and verbal, demonstrating empathy when dealing with sensitive conversations.
