HR Administrator, HR Assistant - a brilliant opportunity for an articulate, organised HR Administrator to join a fantastic HR Team (circa 4 in London) - (reporting to the HR Manager). The firm are a prestigious Private Equity firm in very smart West End offices. Duties will include:-
- Recruitment - organise interviews, liaise with recruiters, provide feedback etc.
- Organising inductions etc.
- Support new joiner processes - and all admin associated with.
- Set up new starter files.
- Recruitment - organise interviews, liaise with recruiters, provide feedback etc.
- Organising inductions etc.
- Maintain HR database.
- Assist with monthly payroll and bens.
- Updating org charts.
- Admin or salary review and bonus processes
You will have:-
- Previous HR admin experience
- Proficient in MS Office packages
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Collaborative, eager to develop their HR knowledge and open to feedback
- Company will sponsor CIPD qualification if required
We are looking for someone with lots of initiative, drive, tenacity (to be able to push back professional and diplomatically when needed) and who has experience working within a generalist HR team. You will be happy to work at Assistant/Administrator level at this stage. If you love working within a busy HR department and want to be really involved with all then this could be great. They would love someone to take ownership of tasks and be proactive - and someone with exceptional attention to detail.
This is a fast-paced environment and you will need to be someone who remains calm under pressure. You will have excellent interpersonal and communications skills - used to dealing with 'C' suite.
