We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a PA to join a multinational investment bank in the Docklands. This role will be on an ongoing temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent. This is exciting for someone to strengthen and develop their current PA skill set.
You will be providing support to 4 Senior Managers and their small extended team.

The role will involve:
* Complex Diary management for multiple diaries
* Management of a busy group mailbox and calendar
* Organising regular, board level meetings
* Extensive, national and international travel arrangements including co-
ordination of flights, tickets, visas, accommodation and ground
transportation
* Building rapport with internal and external stakeholders
* Handle expenses via Concur
* Handle IT requests using in-house system
* Back up the current EA when out of the office

Essential skills:
* Experience providing support to senior management
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to multi task in
order to meet deadlines
* Excellent and effective communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and be flexible, with a proactive can-
do attitude
* Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of workload
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent typing skills, proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
and all other MS applications
* Ability to priorities heavy workloads and push back where needed
* Ability to interact with individuals on all levels
