My client, a London-based group of Architects, Designers and creative thinkers who value the transformative role of ideas and the capacity for architecture to inspire, are looking for an experienced, confident and enthusiastic receptionist, ideally who has an interest in design or architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the reception area – ensuring it is kept tidy, transferring calls, meeting and greeting internal and external clients and guests, organising couriers and setting up Webex.
• Managing the meeting room system on Outlook
• Ordering stationary and lunch for meetings
• You will be part of a wider administration team and will provide additional support when required

Person Specification:

• Proactive, confident and professional
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well-presented
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Enthusiastic with a flexible approach
• 6-12 months admin/reception experience
• Ideally come from a creative background and have an interest in design or architecture
