Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative keen on a career in a fast-growing Medical Technology firm? Are you excited about an opportunity to create a role for yourself by joining a brand new team in their new offices in Paddington?

As a proactive, operations and process-driven Customer Service Representative, you will not only be the voice of the company maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients over the phone and e-mail, you will also support a busy Sales team and Channel Partners with reporting, managing CRM systems, completing the order processes from receipt to dispatch and invoice.
