Temporary Receptionists Wanted
You will have AT LEAST 1 year experience working as a Corporate Receptionist in a Global Organisation.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times
- Ensure all reception and helpdesk(s) procedures are adhered to at all times
- Assist with all meeting room related requests and bookings in an efficient and timely manner
- Conduct regular room checks to ensure all rooms are set/reset for upcoming meetings
- Reporting any queries to relevant departments and follow up
- Daily diary management
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as directed
- Assisting with Facilities
- Must be able to set up telephone/video conferences when requested
- Ensure clear communication with any task
The Ideal Candidate:
- You will have at least one year experience as a corporate receptionist, with meeting room management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work hard and keep calm under pressure
- Use of own initiative
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of business systems (Microsoft Office)
