We are seeking a self-motivated and organised Corporate Receptionist/Team PA to join our successful and growing Real Estate & Asset Management client in Central London. £30-35k DOE

The ideal candidate will have a commitment to excellence and teamwork. The Receptionist/Team PA will have full exposure across the various operating functions of the business, both domestic and internationally.

They have a great support team of four EAs, the Office Manager and two Receptionist/Team Assistants so it is a lovely and tight knit admin team to be a part of.

Key Receptionist/Team PA Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact at reception
  • Well presented, confident and articulate when addressing visitors and over the phone
  • Screening and prioritising telephone calls
  • Manage all post and deliveries
  • Diary management: meeting room management including setting up for meetings and communicating with the team when guests arrive
  • Monitor and ensure office space is kept tidy and organised at all times
  • Organising transport and couriers as and when needed
  • Office admin duties including stationary order, office supplies and sundries, issuing and retrieving security passes.
  • Taking an active role in front of house process improvement programme and support the wider admin team

Receptionist/Team PA Profile:

  • 2 years front of house and team assistant experience within a Corporate environment
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload is essential
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to think proactively and with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and communication skills - both written and oral
  • Must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in an open-plan and very fast paced environment
  • Should thrive under pressure
  • Proficient English (verbally and written)
  • Must be a team player with flexibility at times
  • Working with utmost discretion at all times
