An exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a highly successful and growing Management Consultancy.
A unique role you will be supporting at Partner level on either a 1:1 or 1:2 basis, therefore we require an EA who is confident, a strong communicator and exceptional at their role.
Working with extremely busy professionals who are constantly in demand, you will manage their back to back diaries and inboxes, coordinating international and multi-stop travel, creating detailed itineraries, arranging meeting across the globe. You will also become an integral member of the team, supporting in research, presentations, liaising with clients and external stake holders often.
Working to strict deadlines, you will be someone who is accustomed to working with autonomy, making executive decisions on your partners behalf. Becoming heavily involved in your bosses work, it is important you have a genuine invested interest in the area that your partners are working in.
Joining a company who actively invests in their EAs they encourage development and will encourage you to push yourself. Providing you with all the support tools such as training, feedback sessions, a team leader who will be there to answer any questions at any time and EA community that you will feel a part of form day one!
