HR Business Partner - EA’s
This is an exciting specialist Business Partner role to sit within a close knit HR function of a world renowned Consultancy firm and provide a Business Partner function to the EA community.
This role requires a deep understanding of the crucial function that Executive Assistant’s perform in order to guide, motivate and support this population from an HR perspective.
Your duties will be varied and deeply immersed in the whole life cycle for EA’s and will include the following duties;
- Provide day to day HR support offering guidance and coaching
- Work closely with and provide mentoring to the EA Team leaders
- Support Team Lead EA’s with resource scheduling and proactively manage all cover needs
- Responsible for leading effective recruitment drives for the EA community
- Manage and coordinate the on-boarding and integration of new starters
- Hold probation review meetings and prepare paperwork
- Run the annual appraisal process for all EA’s
- Manage performance management processes
- Manage pay review and bonus proposals for Assistants (in conjunction with Finance)
- Work with the L&D specialist to identify and roll out training needs for your client group
- Promote and embed best working practices, identifying service improvements and streamlining processes
- Act as an advocate for EA’s whilst ensuring the business always receives a first rate and seamless service
This role would suit an EA Manager/Team leader who is looking for a move into HR, or an HR Professional with a background either as an EA or experience partnering with EA communities.
The person will be;
- Degree educated and/or CIPD qualified
- Naturally diplomatic and empathetic
- Discreet and loyal with the ability to quickly build trusting relationships
- Able to galvanize and inspire people to be the best they can be
- Delivery and results focused
- Charismatic, engaging and approachable
- Able to demonstrate a deep understand of and passion for the Executive Assistant remit
- Experienced within fast paced client focused professional services environments
