We have a great opportunity for a true team player with a smiley personality looking to be an office lynchpin within a busy financial start up! Initially a contract there is lots of potential for the right candidate. Based in lovely offices with a dynamic and fun team, our client is looking for a knowledgeable Office Manager/ Personal Assistant. The role will be split 80% Office Manager and 20% Personal Assistant, however due to the nature of both a small office and a start-up flexibility is essential. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working at pace and have previously worked within a small office. Your duties will be varied and a Office Manager who does not need hand holding is essential – the client is coming into a busy and exciting time. You will be; coordinating the office, taking the lead in HR to include manging annual leave and contracts, first point of contact, liaising with Shareholders, assisting the Founder with presentations, administration and with occasional personal support. This is a lovely firm who we really enjoy working with, they have a great office culture and ethos. They are looking for a candidate who is positive and confident making the role their own and will ensure the office develops efficiently and smoothly.
