The career path at Angela Mortimer starts for the first 3 to 6 months on the front of house, operations desk. Here you will have full control of the most important part of our business as well as having fortnightly access to the CEO. This programme is designed to give you as much exposure within the company as possible from day one.

After the operations desk you will become a fully fledged recruitment consultant and will move up the recruitment career ladder as you hit clear targets laid out in front of you. This could even involve working internationally in one of our other brands across Europe and the US. We don't set your targets, you do, and therefore you own the success.

Consultant to Team Leader to Divisional Leader to Equity Partner - we have a proven record of coaching graduates into owning their own part of the Angela Mortimer Group.

We are currently recruiting for intakes onto the programme in January and April. Starting salary is £22k, based in central London - however you can easily expect to earn £30k in your first year with commissions included.
