What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: PA to CEO

Key duties:

• Provide a high standard of administrative support to the CEO which comprises of extensive diary management, travel and expenses. Ad-hoc support other members of the team where necessary.
• Proactive management of the diaries and large volumes of emails.
• Inbox management
• Organising travel entails booking flights, accommodation, transportation, obtaining visas, currency, preparation of itineraries and liaising with overseas clients where appropriate, consistent with their travel policy, and processing of expense claims.
• Ad-hoc project, compliance and research tasks
